About Eddy
My name is Eddy Nivens. I have been a Mac® user and "evangelist" since 1989, and I'm proud to share my knowledge with you. After years of helping literally hundreds of friends, colleagues, and businesses with their computer-related support needs, I decided to make my full-time passion my full-time occupation in 2010.Previously, I worked in the financial services industry in a number of analytical and service-oriented roles. This experience helped prepare me to offer some of the financial and budgeting software assistance I offer.
I’m a proud graduate of both the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina and UNC-Charlotte’s Belk College of Business MBA program. I am also the Treasurer of the Charlotte Apple Computer Club, an elected position I’ve held since 2001.
